The best picks against the most Alphas and Omegas are Sherro for Water and Helion or Lunara for Light. For Dark, the best are Ignitis, Pawney and Stellarys. Grizbo is the pick for Earth, and Inferlupa and Pomawk are the best Breakers. Each boss is weak to two or three elements, and no element hits more than 6 of them hard. So the real answer depends on the boss. Bring the strongest damage dealer and Breaker of the element it's weak to, at or above its level.
