Hypnyto
Hypnyto is Season 1, Part 2's Companion Handbook Aniimo. The free Standard track gives a Hypnyto Egg. The paid Advanced track gives a Prismana Hypnyto Egg with Perfect Potential and a Hypnyto Soul, its evolution item. Hypnyto also evolves from Hypnowl, which lives in Crescent Bay, Wildwater Gorge and Cloudreach Falls. It's a Wind DPS that drags enemies along with it.

What it does
Hypnyto can make enemies move along with it, and it drops small traps that keep hurting anything inside them.
Its Gust move makes a wind field that speeds up gliding, the same as Hypnowl's.

From the paid Advanced track of the Part 2 Companion Handbook, as an egg with Perfect Potential, until December 9.
What is the Hypnyto Soul?
Hypnyto's evolution item. It comes on the Advanced track.
Where do you find Hypnowl?
In Crescent Bay, Wildwater Gorge and Cloudreach Falls, in the Whisperwake Isles.
Will Prismana Hypnyto come back?
Yes. Its Prismana egg returns through Home gameplay in Season 3.
