Illusory Aniimo
Illusory Aniimo come from trades. Raise your Affinity with one friend to Soulmate, the top friendship rank, at 4,500 Affinity. Then you both become Illusory Friends, and every trade between you has a chance to give an Illusory Aniimo. Illusory only changes how an Aniimo looks, so its stats and Potential stay the same. You can earn up to 100 Affinity a day with each friend. So at the fastest daily pace, Soulmate takes 45 days of play together.
Become Illusory Friends
- Add the player as a friend. The Friends menu opens at the Student I title. You can also add players you meet in Astra or at campsites.
- Play together every day to earn Affinity. Chat, use interaction gestures and visit their Home. Explore or fight together, and beat Alphas or Omegas as a team.
- Send gifts too. You can send five a week, and better gifts give more Affinity.
- Reach Soulmate, the highest friendship rank, at 4,500 Affinity. Now you're Illusory Friends.
- Trade through the Aniimo Exchange. Each trade between Illusory Friends has a chance to give an Illusory Aniimo.

Explore or fight together (40), and beat an Alpha or Omega as a team (up to 60). Those two alone add up to the daily 100. If you need more, use chat, gestures and Home visits.
What Illusory changes
Illusory is a cosmetic variant, which means it only changes the Aniimo's look. Its stats and Potential stay exactly the same.
Whether a trade comes out Illusory is random. Nothing you do raises the chance. But every trade with your Illusory Friend is another try.
Trading rules to know
- To trade, you must be friends and in the same world, through Companion Mode.
- Open your friend's profile from the chat. Press Aniimo Exchange and pick the Aniimo to send. The trade is done when they accept.
- You can trade five times a day with each friend.
- Once you trade an Aniimo, it can't be traded again for 30 days.
- Watch out: Prismana, Sparkling and Alpha Aniimo can't be traded.
