Servers and accounts
There are three servers, America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and progress never moves between them. On one server your character carries across PC, console and mobile, as long as every platform is linked to the same Aniimo Pass email. Link carefully: on PlayStation and Xbox the linking popup appears only once, and on PS5 your server is set by your PSN region. There is nothing worth rerolling, since the starter and the Prismana Pact are free choices.

Linking, platform by platform
- PlayStation and Xbox: the first login shows a popup to link an existing Aniimo Pass email. It is your only chance; skipping it creates a new Aniimo Pass that can never be merged.
- Steam: the client asks you to link on first login. If you skip it, link later from the in-game Email Link page.
- Google and other third-party logins: link an email on the first-login screen, or from Account Center before you create a character. If you skip it, only Customer Support can link one later.
- Mobile: sign in with the same account and pick the same server to continue your PC or console character.
On PS5 the server comes from your PSN account's region, with no choice. The United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil go to America; the United Kingdom, most of Europe, the Gulf states and South Africa go to Europe; Japan, Korea, Australia, India and Southeast Asia go to Asia-Pacific. Check that your existing character is on that server before you link.
Choosing a server
Pick the server nearest you for the best connection, or the one your friends play on, since co-op, parties and trades only work within one server. One account can have a character on each server, but not two on the same one, and there is no delete-character option.
Can you reroll?
There is little to reroll. There are no gacha banners; the starter and the Prismana Pact are free choices. The only random early rewards are login eggs such as the Mystery Egg Boxes in Set Out, Pathfinder!. Aniimo's fair play rules forbid buying, selling or sharing accounts, which rules out bought reroll accounts.
Lost progress
On 16 and 17 September some players lost progress or were asked to create a new character, which the developer blamed on a data sync error during a website migration. If you did not make a new character, progress is restored. If you did, an email survey lets you choose which account to keep, handled within 72 hours. Otherwise send your UID, login email, log file and server to aniimo_support@aniimo.com.
Several players whose character seemed to vanish found it on another server: the server list can default to a different region, so check all three first.
Account odds and ends
- Change your name with a Name Change Card, 300 Glimmer in the Shop.
- Face codes for sharing your look only work on the server they were made on.
- Logging in on both PC and mobile earns a Cross-Platform Reward that includes Glimmer.
- The developers never ask for verification codes or payments to claim rewards; rewards only come through official events and in-game mail.

Which Aniimo server should I choose?
The one nearest you, or the one your friends use. Co-op, parties and trades only work within a server.
Does Aniimo have cross-progression?
Yes, within one server. Link every platform to the same Aniimo Pass email and your character carries across PC, console and mobile.
Can you change server in Aniimo?
You can start a separate character on another server, but progress does not transfer between servers.
Can you have two characters in Aniimo?
One per server. A second character on the same server needs a separate account.
Can you delete your character?
There is no delete-character option. To start fresh, pick a different server.
Can you reroll in Aniimo?

Why can't I see my character?
Check all three servers first; the list can default to another region. If it is gone, contact aniimo_support@aniimo.com with your UID, login email and server.
Why is my PS5 progress not on PC?
PS5 picks your server from your PSN region, and the account must be linked to the same Aniimo Pass email at the first-login popup. If both are set correctly and it still will not sync, contact support.
Does Aniimo have crossplay?
Yes, within a server. PC, PlayStation, Xbox and mobile players share the same world as long as they are on the same server, and your own character carries across every platform linked to one Aniimo Pass email, which is the cross save half of it. Nothing carries between America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
